Shipping Processing

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
  • Once a board ships please allow 1-4 business days for arrival.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
  • Expedited shipping is available, please email SURF@surfboardtradingco.com for a quote. 

Air Freight 

  • Air freight is the fastest, cheapest, and most protective method to ship a surfboard. 
  • Once a board ships via airfireight, allow 1-2 days for arrival.
  • We will do everything we can to ship to the airport closest to your delivery or home address. We will send an email confirming the airport we can ship to that's closest to you. 
  • You have two free days of storage at the airport, Surfboard Trading Co is not responsible for additional storage fees. 

Pick Up In Store

  • Please allow 24 hours for order processing and item preparation.
  • All orders are to be picked up at our main location unless otherwise arranged with our online shipping department.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect

    Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

    Surfboard Disclaimer

    Surfboards are handcrafted and may include minor cosmetic imperfections such as:

    • Slight color variations
    • Minor surface scratches
    • Glassing inconsistencies

    These do not affect performance or structural integrity and are not considered defects.

    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

    Shipping Damage Claims (Important)

    • Do not file a claim with the carrier yourself unless instructed
    • Filing independently may prevent us from reimbursing you

    We will handle all shipping claims directly to ensure proper resolution.

    International Orders

    • All international sales are final
    • Surfboard Trading Co. is not responsible for damage or loss involving freight forwarders
