Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
Surfboards:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A shipping label will still be provided for coordination
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Include:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the outer box
We will review and provide next steps.
Surfboard Disclaimer
Surfboards are handcrafted and may include minor cosmetic imperfections such as:
- Slight color variations
- Minor surface scratches
- Glassing inconsistencies
These do not affect performance or structural integrity and are not considered defects.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Shipping Damage Claims (Important)
- Do not file a claim with the carrier yourself unless instructed
- Filing independently may prevent us from reimbursing you
We will handle all shipping claims directly to ensure proper resolution.
Return Conditions & Deductions
- Items damaged due to improper return packaging may have deductions applied
- Shipping reimbursement is only provided for verified damage in transit
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items cannot be returned
- Used surfboards are final sale
International Orders
- All international sales are final
- Surfboard Trading Co. is not responsible for damage or loss involving freight forwarders
